Arch Environmental Equipment, Inc.Environmental control systems for industrial applications these days is an increasingly complex field.  No longer are firms merely concerned about just making work environments livable, but there is now a move towards making them more comfortable, not only ensuring that people in and around the work-site are healthier, but also helping companies reduce their spending on health-care while adhering to principles of corporate social responsibility.

But what many don’t consider is that it is a very competitive field, where the little things count for a whole lot and the inability to think of and implement  unique solutions to unique problems can mean the difference between  earning that big contract or having your business go under.

Since it was founded by Neil Archer in Madisonville, Kentucky in 1975, Arch Environmental Equipment, Inc. has made a successful business of addressing different client concerns associated with reducing the environmental impact and safety of conveyor belt systems. It has built its reputation on  flexibility, creating custom solutions for their needs, all while exploring and solving the short and long term ramifications of both their customer’s problems.

Arch Environmental’s business model is practically built around being flexible -and being flexible when it actually counts. There’s not much point to being flexible if you react too late to make a difference, after all. It’s made a name for itself by being able to manufacture and deliver custom products much faster than its competition.

The firm has built such a name for itself, that  it was recently commissioned to do supply the dust control system for a $4.5 billion mining project in Madagascar, the largest project of its kind in the history of the island nation. The project will contribute greatly to Madagascar’s economy by providing thousands of employment opportunities for locals and by producing 60,000 tons of nickel, 5,600 tons of cobalt, and 190,000 tons of ammonium sulphate fertilizer annually starting next year. But where there’s a mining operation, there’s bound to be a lot of dust.

Dust resulting from massive scale mining and manufacturing operations is no joke and can cause serious environmental problems as well as create all sorts of health risks for locals living near the area. In the past, this was often an unavoidable consequence of development. Now, it doesn’t have to be. Fortunately, Arch Environmental will be there every step of the way to ensure that the workers and the people of Madagascar can sleep and breathe a lot easier.Conveying confidence

It doesn’t just do dust control and fix conveyor belts to make them safer and more efficient either. Arch Environmental Equipment also manufactures components such belt scrapers, belt scales, skirtboard sealing systems, conveyor controls, belt & personnel protection devices, among other things.

Arch Environmental doesn’t do everything alone. It works with several partners, including UPrinting to get the job done. And done fast.

While at first glance, Arch’s services seem very different from UPrinting’s, once you review the types of clients UPrinting has and has had in the past it becomes clear  that what UPrinting and many of  its partners have in common is a dedication to efficiency, flexibility, and innovation. Arch Environmental Equipment is no different from UPrinting in this regard so it shouldn’t come as a surprise that the two companies hit it off.

Arch Environmental Equipment, Inc Marketing Coordinator Jim Brotherson opines “ The prices are always better than I can find locally, the delivery is timely, and the quality is good.  Their on-line proofing assures me that we get what we want.  Very easy to use.”

On the marketing side he adds “They’ve given a cost-effective option for all of our ink-on-paper needs.  We’re assured quality products at very reasonable prices.”
