5 Ways to Treat your Customers like a Person, Not an ATM with Feet

I just posted a new article over at Duct Tape Marketing about the concept of dealing with your customers on a human level.  In trying to grow your business and dealing with the day to day operations of the business, it is easy to forget to put in the extra time and effort to work with your customers to make sure they are happy with your service.  Taking that extra time will give your customers a feeling that they are not only dealing with a real human being, but being treated like a person and not a statistic.  This leads to happier customers and as a result more return business
